Established in 2001, Southeastern Envelope is a family owned and operated trade only envelope converter. We are a niche player in the envelope market and convert pre-printed paper stock into envelopes. Envelopes are your first impression at the mailbox, so make sure it’s a good one. Envelopes feature your logo, tagline and company colors, and help brand your company and establish trust and credibility. We can cut most types of stock and convert them to specialized envelopes per your specifications. We are a three-generation family run business and treat all our customers like family.
OUR PHILOSOPHY - CUSTOMERS ARE FIRST
We strive for excellence in every job. We hand cut all stock to ensure that your job meets your standards. With over 150 dies, we can meet most envelope needs. If we do not have a die on hand, we will order one and create a custom envelope for your needs. We have a wide range of machines that can cut as small as a card holder to as large as a 15 x 18 envelope and everything in between. If you have questions, we help you with design and make recommendations on the perfect envelope.

Call us for a custom quote. We will scope the job and provide you with a recommendation and a sample specification that suits your needs.
SEND US YOUR PRE-PRINTED STOCK
After you print the stock in the specified layout, you send us the pallet and we get to work! We ensure quality control throughout our conversion process.
CUT, SEAL AND DONE
We take your project, cut all stock, fold and seal the envelopes to your specifications. We typically finish converting your envelopes in 5 - 7 business days. If you require a faster turnaround time, we will do what we can to accommodate your needs.
